UNDER 12 BLUES
The blue team are one of two teams taking part in fixtures organised by Colchester and District Youth League,
Managed by Neil Addington (blues) whom has completed the FA Introduction to Coaching Football course this season & all other relevant courses to coach youth football. He is assisted by Jim Gavin, Jon Dennis, Neil Pulford & Matt Kett.

Coaching & training is aimed to develop technical skills to enable players to be comfortable on the ball and play without fear and most importantly with enjoyment. Matches are played with the emphasis that all players get equal playing time to aid their development.

UNDER 12 REDS
The Reds team complete the under 12's set-up.
The Under 12 Reds, a group of 12 talented young boys, have been part of our club's fabric since the tender age of 5 when they first entered our academy setup. Their journey has been one of growth, both on and off the field, as they've evolved into a well-rounded team. Beyond honing their football abilities, they've embraced the club's ethos, emphasising the beautiful game and the values of fairness and inclusivity.
Led by Chris James (Playmaker course, FA Introduction to Coaching Football certification and FA Level One Coaching Football certification) and Ash Fletcher, (previous + Uefa C License), the Reds are gearing up for their first competitive season.
Thursday evenings are when the Under 12 Reds come together to train, building camaraderie, refining their skills, and setting their sights on a future filled with goals, both scored and achieved.
