Bergholt Heath Youth football club

Bergholt Heath Youth Football Club is an FA charter standard club that has been running youth football in West Bergholt since 1999. Many of the children playing for the club attend or attended Heathlands Primary School. The club plays in leagues, cup competitions and fixtures organised by the Colchester and District Youth League. Children over a range of ages enjoy training and playing matches for the club, from 4 and 5 year olds just staring out in the academy to teenagers competing in league matches. In addition to developing mixed sides, we also now have girls only teams, something we are keen to continue to grow. We are a friendly, welcoming club that are keen to offer opportunities for as many children as possible. to enjoy playing football with their friends, improve as footballers and learn to play football in what we consider the right way.

​Most of our home matches are played at the Poors Field, School Lane, West Bergholt, CO6 3JD. 
Unfortunately there is no car park where we play our home matches. To make sure that all children are safe when travelling to football we would ask that you DO NOT park on Colchester Road. Please DO NOT park in what was formerly the Treble Tile car park either, this is private land. Please DO park on School Lane, which runs alongside the field, or on New Church Road ,which is at the end of School Lane, in front of Heathlands Primary School. Please park considerately for our neighbours.
